There have been a few maintenance delays, but issues were eventually resolved. Parking can sometimes be limited, but the area feels safe. With a few improvements, this would be an excellent place to live.

They ensure your issues cockroach, weed, etc are handled properly and quickly. Maintenance are also great. The layout of the apartment is well thoughtout and doesnt have any awkward spaces.

It is a luxury building with very fancy amenities. My master bedrooms and bathroom us beautiful with a work in closet. My son room have two clothes and we have a breakfast room and a dinning room you. An use as an office.

My only complaint is that the leasing office doesn’t answer the phone most times when you call. There have been times when I would call 2-3 times and no one would answer and I would immediately go downstairs and they’re all in the office. Very unprofessional. I would also like there to be more notice when the office is closing early or when they won’t be open for the day. I just don’t find notice right before they’re closing, or notice the morning of that the office won’t be open for the day to be an acceptable practice. Aside from this, I’ve had a positive experience thus far
